Vocational Rehabilitation
With 20 years experience of supporting people with head injuries and neurological conditions in the workplace, we know how tricky the path back to work can be. If you’re back in work, we can help you find strategies to enhance your skills. If work seems a long way off, we can advise you on steps you could take to prepare for work in the future.
We work with individuals to help them restore confidence and control of their work. We also work with line managers and employers who would like to understand more about how they can support employees with difficulties.
We want to see people: get back to work, stay in work, and thrive in work as swiftly as possible after injury and illness. Where paid work is not possible, we help people maximise their potential in other ways, such as through voluntary work.
So, whether you’re looking for guidance to get back to work or support in a current job and whether you’re an employer or manager who wants to know more about how to help someone who is in this situation,
Ways to Work are here to help.
We believe we are the only company in the UK established specifically to support people back to work after Acquired Brain Injury. If we are wrong we would love to hear from you. There are few of us around so we would love the opportunity to link and collaborate, to enhance the opportunities for people to regain their vocational potential.
